Classes/Sessions at Vṛtti

Sessions at Vṛtti may seem different from your regular experience at a Yoga class.   Whether it is a group session, or a one-on-one individual session, the approach is more holistic, strengthening a spiritual practice. Having said that, there is a proper Hatha Yoga principle that is followed, often using the wisdom and teachings of the Ashtanga philosophy of Raja Yoga as well.
– Individual sessions are personalised for the Sadhaka (one who wants to pursue and dedicate themselves to a particular path/practice), based on what they need.
– Pregnancy (Prenatal Yoga), Physical ailments/injuries, Chronic inconsistencies/imbalances, Mental/Emotional/Psychological needs, or even just a thelove for Personally Curated sessions
– Those who want to strengthen their spiritual practice
– Curated sessions for building better relationships, understanding unhealthy patterns, being a more loving and kind person towards one self and others, building self worth, and working on troubled relationships at the workplace.
– Vṛtti has opened doors to various people from outside of India who have come looking for an authentic experience. They have absolutely loved seeing the traditional aspect of Yoga which they said that they had never been introduced to earlier, even as Yoga practitioners.

Yoga Nisevana

All of us at Vṛtti love Nature and all that comes with it, enticing our senses while still managing to have the internal connect within. We celebrate International Yoga Day by enjoying ourselves in tune with Nature in its truest form. We love spreading the joy of our practice with more and more people, therefore having workshops around Bangalore, and various other cities. Stay tuned for upcoming retreats, and follow us on Social Media (InstagramYoutube and Facebook) for updates.

Yoga through Dance

We had the privilege of working with an entire school in Tumkur, for their Annual Day function. We brought out the various learnings, aspects and philosophies of Yoga through a Yoga-Dance Ballet with the children, parents and teachers of this school. It was one of a kind, never before seen spectacle, as the colours of Yoga came alive through the eyes of the children.

Educational Institutions (Schools and colleges)
We have been fortunate to work closely with school and college students, moulding young minds. We also have put up an entire show with the students of Maruthi International School where in 600 students participated in depicting the essence of Yoga through Dance and a full-fledged performance.
Yoga through Dance
We had the privilege of working with an entire school for an entire year, teaching them Dance, Yoga and the nuances of the different aspects of Yogic knowledge. They had a specially curated performance for their Annual Day function at the end of the year. It was one of a kind, never before seen spectacle, as the colours of Yoga came alive through the eyes of the children.
